Quote enquiries
The calculator processes your choices in your browser without an account. If you use the email form, we send your name, phone, area, service, job details and any optional email or timing preferences to the team. We use these to answer your enquiry and prepare the service, on the basis of pre-contractual steps you request. Do not include sensitive or unnecessary information. Requests are processed through Firebase Cloud Functions and Gmail.
WhatsApp, photographs and external services
The WhatsApp button prepares a message containing your selected summary. You can edit and send it in the chat. Attach photographs directly in WhatsApp: this website does not upload or store them. WhatsApp, Google and YouTube are external services with their own privacy notices; they open when you follow their links. Website images are illustrative.
Running the website
Firebase Hosting serves this website. The provider processes technical data necessary to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses and server requests. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser as star.analytics-consent.v1 for six months. If browser storage is blocked, the choice applies to the open page. This preference is necessary to respect your decision.
Optional analytics
Only after you choose “Accept analytics” do we load Google Analytics to measure pages viewed, services selected, calculator steps, validation errors and contact actions. Google may process browser identifiers, technical device information and usage data. The _ga and _ga_* cookies have a configured maximum lifetime of 180 days without automatic renewal on every visit. We do not use advertising cookies, Google signals or automatic collection of contact-form data.
What we send to analytics
Only coded service, frequency, plan duration, step, estimate type, button location and error type are sent. We do not send your name, email, phone, entered area, free-text notes, photographs or WhatsApp message text. Page addresses exclude query parameters and fragments. For selected known sources, only the referring domain is retained, without its path or search terms. A WhatsApp click means the chat was opened; it does not confirm a sent message or booking.
Your choice
You can reject analytics and continue using the site, calculator and contact options. Change or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal stops new measurement from this browser and removes measurement cookies accessible to the site; it does not automatically delete data already collected. Analytics relies on your consent.
Retention and providers
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond, manage the service and meet applicable obligations. Google Analytics retains user-level and event-level data for 14 months, without resetting user-data retention on each new activity; aggregate reports may be retained longer. Google and WhatsApp may process data outside the European Economic Area under their terms and applicable safeguards. Read the Google privacy notice and WhatsApp privacy notice.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing, and complain to the Italian data protection authority. Contact the team using the details above.
