Is the online estimate a confirmed quote?
No. It is an indicative range based on the details you enter. We check the condition, tasks, access and availability, then agree on the price before starting. Sending an enquiry does not automatically book a service.
Why is the estimate a range rather than a fixed price?
Two spaces of the same size can need different amounts of work. Dirt, materials, bathrooms, furniture, extras and access all matter. Photos and details help us refine your quote.
Are cleaning products included?
We bring the cleaning products. Tell us about delicate surfaces or particular requirements so we can confirm products, tasks and any specialist treatments in your quote.
Can I ask for a quote if I do not know the floor area?
Yes. Send us the area of Florence, the number of rooms, your priorities and a few photos on WhatsApp. An approximate size can help, but if you do not know it we will work through the details before confirming a price.
Can I arrange regular cleaning?
