Is the online estimate the final price?

The estimate is an indicative range based on the details you enter. Before confirming the work, we review the tasks, condition and access, using photos or a visit where needed, and agree on the price and availability.

Can I ask for a quote without knowing the floor area?

Yes. Choose “I don’t know the size” in the calculator to prepare an enquiry without guessing a size. The number of rooms, your priorities and photos on WhatsApp help us assess the work.

Is the assessment visit free if I do not book a clean?

Yes. A visit to assess your home or business in Florence is free and carries no obligation to book. We check availability for other locations. A travel charge may apply farther away and is agreed before the visit is confirmed.

How can I send photos of the space?

Go to the contact section and open the WhatsApp chat. The message is prepared with your enquiry details. You can edit it and attach photos before pressing Send.

Does choosing a date book the service?

No. Your date and time are preferences. The team confirms availability, tasks and the appointment after reviewing your enquiry. No payment is needed to send the request.

Can I reschedule or cancel the assessment visit?

You can reschedule or cancel the assessment visit free of charge before the team sets off. Please let us know as early as possible. Terms for changing or cancelling paid cleaning are agreed when we confirm the booking.

What if an agreed task has been missed?

If a task on the agreed checklist has not been completed, contact us. We will arrange a return visit to complete it at no extra charge.
