Who carries out the painting?
The STaR Cleaning team carries out the work. We agree on the surfaces, preparation, materials, finish and dates with you before confirming the job.
Do you paint ceilings and furnished rooms?
Yes, you can request interior walls and ceilings. For furnished rooms, we assess what needs moving or protecting and the working space required. Include ceiling heights, access and furniture in your photos and enquiry.
Are paint and filling included in the price?
Your quote specifies the agreed materials, preparation, minor filling and number of coats. Before confirmation, we also clarify who supplies the paint and which product will be used. Major repairs are assessed separately.
Can I combine painting with deep cleaning?
Yes. You can request a separate deep clean after painting. Tidying the work area is different from cleaning the whole property: we agree on the tasks, timing and price for both in your quote.
How long will painting take, and when can I use the room?
This depends on the area, preparation, paint, coats and drying conditions. Tell us about any deadlines so we can agree on the schedule and guidance for ventilation and using the rooms again.
Will painting fix mould or damp?
Paint alone does not fix the cause of mould or damp. Tell us about the problem and send photos so any need for specialist work can be assessed before painting. We do not promise to resolve damp through painting alone.
